Nuova cucina completamente attrezzata con piano cottura elettrico, forno, microonde. La cucina, con zona pranzo, si apre su un soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto. 1 bagno con doccia e lavatrice. 1 WC indipendente.
Parcheggio, cortile recintato. Internet wifi. A disposizione: zona pranzo su una terrazza esposta a sud. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti. Gite per non fumatori
