La chiesa di Santa Maria di Riquer è menzionata già nel X secolo. L'edificio dovette essere ricostruito nell'XI secolo. L'edificio ha subito poche modifiche dal 1073. La chiesa è un edificio tutelato ed è decorata con affreschi, probabilmente della seconda metà del XII secolo. Ogni estate la cappella ospita i Rencontres culturelles de Riquer. Visita su appuntamento al numero 06 15 43 50 60.
