L'accesso alla casa avviene tramite una cassetta di sicurezza.Accesso diretto al fiume Semoy, dove è possibile pescare o fare una passeggiata o un giro in bicicletta sulla Trans-Semoysienne dall'altra parte del fiume.È disponibile un deposito per le biciclette.
