L'Oustal è una tranquilla casa di paese indipendente nella regione del Lot, con un'ampia terrazza esposta a sud-est e una terrazza esposta a est-ovest sul retro che si affaccia sulla piscina di 100 m2 con terrazza. Gode di una posizione dominante con vista sul villaggio, sul Castello di Castelnau, sulle Torri di Saint Laurent e sul Castello di Loubressac.È molto vicino ad Argentat, Beaulieu sur Dordogne, Curemonte, Collonges la Rouge, Carennac, Rocamadour, alla voragine di Padirac, alla Cave de la Cave, a Sarlat e ai castelli della Valle della Dordogna, il che rende facile raggiungere tutti questi gioielli della regione del Périgord, sia sui sentieri di scoperta che in canoa lungo la Dordogna.
