La Salle du Foirail si trova nel centro di Pau, vicino al mercato locale: "Les Halles de Pau".
È il nuovo polo culturale che ospita la stagione sinfonica dell'Orchestre de Pau Pays de Béarn diretta da Fayçal Karoui, la stagione Espaces Pluriels di fama nazionale, la stagione "Théâtre à Pau" con Eric Vigner, la stagione "Jazz à Pau" e, naturalmente, il cinema indipendente Le Méliès, che si è affermato perfettamente!
