Lo studio ha accesso privato ed è completamente attrezzato con una cucina moderna e una camera da letto. Tutto è nuovo e molto spazioso.
Letto 160x200 cm con materasso di ottima qualità, televisione, fibra Wifi, aria condizionata, cucina completamente attrezzata, ingresso, WC, doccia italiana per persone con mobilità ridotta. Soppalco per 2 bambini. Letto supplementare di 90 cm disponibile su richiesta. Spazio di lavoro dedicato, ben attrezzato per lavorare. Riscaldamento con pompa di calore aria/aria. Terrazze esposte a nord e a sud.
La proprietà si trova a 2 km dal centro di Niort. Zona molto tranquilla, parcheggio gratuito. Fermata dell'autobus gratuito a 200 m.
Il Marais Poitevin è a 20 minuti, La Rochelle a 45 minuti, Futuroscope a 50 minuti, Puy du Fou a 1h30.
