Nel cuore del Petit Bayonne, in un antico edificio, il ristorante Goxoki vi invita ad entrare. L'ambiente è molto piacevole e sobrio, con volte in pietra e tavoli ben distanziati. Il pasto è perfetto, i piatti ben preparati, ben presentati, senza ostentazione, una delizia! Dall'antipasto al dolce, è una vera festa per il palato... Si può gustare il carpaccio di rana pescatrice con caviale d'Aquitania, le capesante con tartufi del Périgord, la schiena di cervo con salsa Grand Veneur e, come dessert, una sinfonia di mirtilli e tesoro d'arancia. Il ristorante Goxoki ha ottenuto il marchio Maître Restaurateur.
