Sebbene sia ben noto a tutti i frequentatori dei festival per le sue feste e l'atmosfera imbattibile che si respira durante i festival di Bayonne, molti non sanno che questo bar notturno si trasforma in una brasserie all'ora di pranzo, offrendo un menu semplice e amichevole in un'atmosfera rilassata.
Il menu segue le stagioni e cambia due volte l'anno; va detto che qui si privilegiano i produttori locali, per cui troverete solo prodotti freschi, freschi e buoni! Vicino a Les Halles, i veri "polmoni" di Bayonne, Xurasko riassume perfettamente lo spirito festivo di tutto l'anno. Taglieri di salumi da condividere, frittelle di calamari, tapas, ecc. Sulla terrazza o all'interno, spesso affollato, è un bistrot, wine bar e brasserie con piatti tipici.
