Questo rifugio di 71 m² è perfettamente isolato e riscaldato e comprende: 3 camere da letto (2 al piano terra, 1 al piano superiore con letti a castello a 3 piani), 1 bagno e toilette per camera, materassi e cuscini protetti, piumoni forniti; un soggiorno di 40 m² con 2 grandi tavoli e un televisore; una cucina completamente attrezzata: grande frigorifero-congelatore, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, forno a microonde, tutte le stoviglie necessarie per 15 persone o più. - All'esterno c'è una terrazza di 30 m² con 2 tavoli da picnic in legno. - Un grande pianoforte. - Parcheggio privato.
