Bar-brasserie specializzato in tapas sotto forma di razioni di cassolette, oltre ai famosi platos combinados (piatti combinati). Siamo aperti dalle 9.00 alle 22.00 ininterrottamente in estate e in inverno. Colazione al mattino a prezzi interessanti, nel menù troverete i grandi classici della regione tra chipirons plancha, crocchetta di prosciutto, tagliere di prosciutto e formaggio locale. Troverete anche la torta basca di ETXEKO, le patate di ETXEKO, anch'esse candite nel grasso d'anatra. Anche i piatti combinati non sono da meno, con il grande classico della casa: il piatto basco (uovo, ventrèche, patate ETXEKO e insalata con formaggio di pecora) e molti altri dalla composizione varia.
