Il massiccio campanile romanico potrebbe risalire al XIII secolo. Il coro occupava il piano terra prima della costruzione della navata centrale dal 1745 al 1748 e dell'attuale coro, ora situato sul lato opposto.
Il tabernacolo con ali e reliquiari è uno dei più belli dell'Alsazia. È stato realizzato nel 1668 e proviene dall'altare maggiore della chiesa abbaziale di Lucelle.
Sul retro, una grande tela d'altare di Jean-Jacques Bulffer (1744-1819) raffigura San Leger, patrono della parrocchia, con la chiesa di Koestlach in basso a sinistra.
Gli altari laterali barocchi furono realizzati nel 1751. Il soffitto della navata centrale è decorato con una rappresentazione dell'Assunzione, dipinta nel 1747 da Joseph Xavier Hauwiller.
Nella navata, sulla parete laterale destra, le due xilografie della metà del XVIII secolo sono attribuite a Mathias Jehl.
Le teste dei banchi (1867) provengono dall'ex fonderia Paravicini di Lucelle. L'organo è di Valentin Rinkenbach (1837). Nel battistero del 1780 è rappresentato il serpente con la mela, simbolo del peccato originale. Testo di Marc GLOTZ. Il Sundgau in bicicletta
