Casa di 13 stanze e 450 m2 su 2 livelli con vista sulla campagna e sui vigneti. Si trova a 10 km a sud di Bergerac e a 3 km da Monbazillac e dai negozi di Sigoulès. Si compone di 4 camere da letto, ciascuna con bagno (2 con doccia, 2 con vasca), WC e televisione; un dormitorio che può ospitare da 4 a 5 persone con bagno e WC; una grande cucina attrezzata, un angolo cottura, un soggiorno e una sala da pranzo, lavanderia, sala giochi (biliardo e ping pong?), piscina, laghetto con pesca. Famiglie numerose e gruppi di amici apprezzeranno questa casa affascinante. Possiamo mostrarvi il nostro vigneto e fare una degustazione di vini in cantina in una serata privata con l'enologo. Corsi di pasticceria, sedute di riflessologia o, per i più sportivi, un allenatore sportivo può essere organizzato direttamente al gîte!
