Situato in posizione ideale sulle rive della Mosa e vicino ai negozi (+/- 2 km), offre una vista mozzafiato su Charlemont, la cittadella di Givet e la Voie Verte Trans'Ardennes, una lunga pista ciclabile che costeggia la Mosa. Infine, gli appassionati di bocce troveranno un campo a pochi passi dall'area camper.
