Fondata nel 1860, la Niort Racing Society è una delle più antiche associazioni di Niort. Il suo ippodromo è apprezzato dai professionisti per la qualità e la manutenzione delle sue piste (trotto, piano, salti), la sua capacità di ospitare i cavalli (65 box). La società ippica organizza 5 riunioni all'anno, pari a circa 40 gare. Le piste condividono lo spazio con il campo da golf, garantendo un ambiente curato.
Ingresso gratuito per le donne e attrazioni gratuite e sorvegliate per i bambini: giostra, pony, struttura gonfiabile, face painting.
