Mercato di Marcillac la Croisille ogni martedì mattina, oltre a numerosi eventi in alta stagione. A pochi metri di distanza si trova il centro ricreativo, con 2 spiagge sorvegliate in estate. È possibile praticare un'ampia gamma di attività, tra cui paddle-boarding, mountain bike, canoa, tiro con l'arco, arrampicata, tree climbing, nuoto e pesca nei fiumi e nei laghi. L'Alta Corrèze offre anche boschi di funghi, sentieri escursionistici, il giardino Bardot, il museo del Presidente Sarran, l'altopiano di Millevaches, viadotti e altro ancora.
