Situata nel cuore del centro storico di Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, ai piedi della chiesa e all'incrocio delle vie di pellegrinaggio verso Santiago de Compostela, la crêperie Kuka vi offre una deliziosa pausa gastronomica. Per quanto riguarda il salato: una sottile miscela di ricette basche e frittelle di grano saraceno (senza glutine!), i cui segreti la crêpière ha appreso da una donna bretone. Ma ci sono anche creazioni più sorprendenti: salato-dolce, esotico-dolce: offriamo un'ampia scelta di crêpes dolci come il caramello-burro salato, la crema di biscotti, la nutella, la penitenza del pellegrino...
