La Grotta di Cox si trova nel Cheddar Gorge sulle Mendip Hills, nel Somerset, in Inghilterra. È aperta al pubblico come grotta di spettacolo.
La grotta prende il nome dal proprietario di un mulino George Cox, che la scoprì nel 1837, mentre estraeva calcare per un nuovo edificio.
Cox la aprì immediatamente come grotta di spettacolo l'anno successivo e la gestì come un'impresa privata fino a quando il proprietario terriero, Thomas Thynne, 5° Marchese di Bath, la prese in carico all'inizio del 20° secolo. Nel 1987 fu collegata da un tunnel alla vicina Grotta artificiale di Pavey.
