221B Baker Street è l'indirizzo della residenza londinese di Sherlock Holmes nella serie di romanzi di Arthur Conan Doyle. La stessa Baker Street è celebre proprio grazie alle avventure di Holmes.
Conan Doyle, quando scrisse le storie di Sherlock Holmes, scelse il numero 221B per ambientarvi il "quartier generale" del suo personaggio più conosciuto sapendo che, ai suoi tempi, i numeri civici della via arrivavano solo fino all'85. Tale scelta potrebbe essere dovuta al voler evitare che l'indirizzo corrispondesse a quello di una persona reale.
