Schoenus o Schoinous era una città portuale sul Golfo Saronico nell'antica Corinzia. Si trovava all'Istmo corinzio. Ed era l'unica città sull'Istmo nell'antichità. Situata nella parte più stretta dell'Istmo, era il porto del santuario istmiano, e il luogo da cui le merci, non destinate al mercato corinzio, venivano trasportate attraverso l'Istmo tramite il Diolcos. Schoenus si trova in un sito nell'attuale villaggio di Kalamaki. Il porto è esposto a est e sud-est: il sito della città è indicato da alcuni frammenti di colonne doriche. Il santuario istmiano si trova a poco meno di un miglio a sud-est di Schoenus. Pomponius Mela si riferisce alla città come Portus Schoenitas.
