Edessa , è un comune della Grecia situato nella periferia della Macedonia Centrale. È capoluogo dell'unità periferica di Pella, con 29.658 abitanti secondo i dati del censimento 2001.
A seguito della riforma amministrativa detta Programma Callicrate in vigore dal gennaio 2011 che ha abolito le prefetture e accorpato numerosi comuni, la superficie del comune è ora di 611 km² e la popolazione è passata da 25.619 a 29.658 abitanti.
