Slieve Foy o Slieve Foye è una montagna nella Penisola di Cooley a Louth, Irlanda. Si eleva a 589 metri, rendendola la più alta delle Montagne di Cooley e la più alta di Louth. Sovrasta Carlingford Lough e il villaggio di Carlingford, ed è a volte chiamata Montagna di Carlingford.
Slieve Foy è uno dei due crinali che compongono le Montagne di Cooley ed è separato dal resto della catena montuosa dal Windy Gap. È una montagna allungata che corre da nord-ovest a sud-est e include le vette minori conosciute come The Foxes Rock, The Ravens Rock, The Eagles Rock e Barnavave.
