Margherita di Savoia è un comune italiano di 11 214 abitanti della provincia di Barletta-Andria-Trani in Puglia. Fino al 2004 ha fatto parte della provincia di Foggia. È situata presso la foce dell'Ofanto.
È nota per le omonime saline, le più grandi d'Europa e le seconde nel mondo, riconosciute come riserva naturale statale e quindi zona umida di valore internazionale ai sensi della Convenzione di Ramsar .
