Montesilvano è un comune italiano di 53 098 abitanti della provincia di Pescara in Abruzzo. Situato a nord di Pescara, con cui confina e forma un unico agglomerato urbano, è diviso in Montesilvano Colle, il centro storico in cui sono presenti resti degli antichi edifici medievali, e Montesilvano Marina, centro città e sede del comune. È il secondo comune più popoloso della provincia e il terzo della regione.
