Roccalumera è un comune italiano di 3 906 abitanti della città metropolitana di Messina in Sicilia.
Per tutta la durata del Medioevo, e fino al XVII secolo, il territorio di Roccalumera era diviso tra le due baronie di Savoca e di Fiumedinisi.
Più precisamente: la zona meridionale del paese apparteneva a Savoca, tutto il resto - comprese le borgate di Allume e Sciglio - erano sotto la giurisdizione politico-amministrativa di Fiumedinisi.
