Il territorio geografico di Pieve di Teco si allunga in un breve tratto pianeggiante della media valle del torrente Arroscia, alla confluenza con il rio dei Fanghi e sulle prime pendici del monte Frascinello .
Il borgo pievese, situato allo sbocco di tre ristrette valli, è dominato da tre principali monti: il Colle di Teco nella zona settentrionale, il Baraccone a ponente ed il Colle di Sant'Antonio nella zona levantina. Altre vette del territorio pievese il Rocca delle Penne , il monte Prearba , il monte Ciazza del Bausso , il monte Bellerasco , la Punta Alto , il monte dell'Averna , il Poggio di Lovegno , il monte San Bernardo , il monte Crocetta .
