Cortina d'Ampezzo è un comune italiano di 5 660 abitanti della provincia di Belluno in Veneto, posto nella regione storico-geografica della Ladinia.
Nota località turistica invernale ed estiva, nonché teatro di numerosi eventi sportivi di rilevanza internazionale legati alla montagna e agli sport invernali, è stata teatro delle Olimpiadi invernali del 1956 e dei Campionati mondiali di sci alpino del 2021 e ospiterà, insieme a Milano, le Olimpiadi invernali del 2026.
