La Valle Stura di Demonte è una valle del Piemonte che si sviluppa lungo il fiume Stura di Demonte, interamente compresa nella provincia di Cuneo, a cavallo tra le Alpi Marittime e le Alpi Cozie : alla sua testata si trova il colle della Maddalena, importante valico stradale tra Italia e Francia che la collega con la Valle dell'Ubaye .
