La diocesi di Ventimiglia-San Remo è una sede della Chiesa cattolica in Italia suffraganea dell'arcidiocesi di Genova appartenente alla regione ecclesiastica Liguria. Nel 2020 contava 140.500 battezzati su 144.900 abitanti. È retta dal vescovo Antonio Suetta.
La diocesi comprende la parte occidentale della provincia di Imperia e un piccolo lembo della parte meridionale della provincia di Cuneo.
