Il Casinò di Lussemburgo aprì nel 1882 come Casinò Bourgeois per ospitare eventi culturali e sociali, oltre alle sue funzioni di gioco. Si trova nel centro della città di Lussemburgo nel quartiere di Ville Haute. Nel 1995 è stato adattato e ristrutturato per diventare un centro d'arte contemporanea, con mostre temporanee a Lussemburgo.
Il Casinò Bourgeois, progettato dagli architetti lussemburghesi Pierre e Paul Funck, fu completato nel 1882. Oltre alle sue attività di gioco, il casinò aveva anche una biblioteca, un ristorante e una serie di grandi saloni che venivano utilizzati per conferenze, balli, opere teatrali, spettacoli, concerti e mostre d'arte. Franz Liszt tenne il suo ultimo recital di pianoforte al casinò il 19 luglio 1886. Durante la Prima Guerra Mondiale, l'edificio servì come sede della Kaiser Kàiser. Nel 1959, dopo essere stato acquistato dallo stato, fu affittato al Circolo Culturale delle Comunità Europee e divenne conosciuto come il Foyer Européen. Durante lo stesso anno, fu aggiunto un grande padiglione di vetro e acciaio progettato da René Maillet sul lato sud dell'edificio.
