Sambeek è un villaggio con 1.835 abitanti nel comune di Land van Cuijk, nella provincia olandese del Noord-Brabant. Tradizionalmente, l'area faceva parte in parte della Signoria di Boxmeer e in parte dell'ufficio del Land van Cuijk. Dal 1817 al 1942 Sambeek fu un comune autonomo a cui apparteneva anche Mullem. Successivamente, il comune di Sambeek si unì al comune di Boxmeer, mentre Mullem fu accorpato al comune di Vierlingsbeek. Nel 1994 Vortum-Mullem fu unito al comune di Boxmeer e nel 1998 il comune di Vierlingsbeek fu unito al comune di Boxmeer.
