Milsbeek è un paesino situato all'estremo nord del Limburgo nei Paesi Bassi, a 15 chilometri in linea d'aria a sud di Nijmegen. Fa parte del comune di Gennep e contava il 1º gennaio 2021 2.800 abitanti. Presso Milsbeek, il fiume Niers sfocia nel Mosa. Il paese di Milsbeek deve il suo nome a un ruscello con acqua color ruggine, proveniente da una torbiera paludosa. Mil significa infatti acqua color ruggine. Oggigiorno, il ruscello è chiamato Kroonbeek.
