La battaglia di Rotterdam fu una battaglia avvenuta durante la seconda guerra mondiale tra il 10 e il 14 maggio 1940. Lo scontro avvenne durante l'invasione tedesca dei Paesi Bassi tra l'esercito tedesco e le forze armate olandesi, che capitolarono proprio il 14 maggio, dopo il bombardamento di Rotterdam.
