La Koninklijke N.V. Texels Eigen Stoomboot Onderneming (TESO) gestisce dal 1907 il servizio di traghetto tra Texel e Den Helder. Da oltre 110 anni navighiamo nell'interesse di tutti i nostri passeggeri. Sin dalla fondazione di TESO, l'obiettivo è rimasto sempre lo stesso: fornire un collegamento marittimo affidabile e conveniente tra Texel e la terraferma. La qualità del servizio, un buon servizio e una gestione aziendale sostenibile sono al centro di tutto.
Il servizio di traghetto di Texel è stato fondato dagli abitanti dell'isola. Oggi la proprietà è ancora nelle mani di circa 3.100 texeliani e altri utenti del servizio di traghetto.
