Il 4 ottobre 1992 era operato da un quadrimotore Boeing 747 con a bordo 3 membri di equipaggio e un passeggero. Poco dopo il decollo dall'Aeroporto di Amsterdam-Schiphol l'aereo precipitò su un caseggiato del quartiere di Bijlmermeer ad Amsterdam, uccidendo le 4 persone a bordo e 39 persone a terra.
