Il Rabobank Bestuurscentrum o la Rabotoren, conosciuto anche come il Binocolo, è un edificio per uffici nella città di Utrecht. Le due torri collegate su Croeselaan, alte 105 metri, costituiscono il più alto edificio per uffici della città e sono state inaugurate nel giugno 2011 come il nuovo quartier generale della Rabobank. Il design è a cura dell'architetto Rob Ligtvoet dello studio di Rotterdam Kraaijvanger Architects.
