La chiusa Engelen è una chiusa a sollevamento protettiva nella Henriëttewaard presso Engelen. Il nome ufficiale è chiusa Henriette. La chiusa si trova nel canale Dieze, poco prima che questo si immetta nel Mosa. La via d'acqua ha la classe CEMT IV.
La chiusa è lunga 90 m e larga 18 m, con una larghezza della porta di 13 m. L'altezza del fondo è sul lato del Mosa NAP -2,70 m e sul lato del canale KP -3,13 m. Le dimensioni massime ammesse sono 90,00 L x 12,00 B. Nel Dieze canalizzato è consentita una pescaggio massimo di 2,70 m o tanto meno quanto il livello dell'acqua, misurato alla chiusa sul lato del Mosa, è inferiore a NAP +0,40 m o sul lato del Dieze inferiore a NAP +2,20 m. Sopra il capo superiore si trova un ponte levatoio, l'altezza nella posizione sollevata è KP +8,40 m, nella posizione chiusa KP +4,30 m.
