La Biblioteca Universitaria di Twente è la biblioteca dell'Università di Twente. Oltre a offrire libri fisici e altri media, la biblioteca universitaria è anche responsabile di gran parte di altre strutture e servizi per gli studenti.
Con la fondazione della terza università tecnica nei Paesi Bassi nel 1961, fu creata anche una biblioteca correlata. Negli anni iniziali, i servizi bibliotecari erano ancora basilari. I servizi bibliotecari furono ospitati in una villa nel centro di Enschede. Con il completamento dei primi edifici nel campus della TH Twente, fu anche utilizzato il primo spazio costruito come biblioteca. Con l'emergere di diverse facoltà, nacquero anche le relative biblioteche di facoltà. Nel 1971 fu completato l'edificio "De Vrijhof", che ospita la Biblioteca Centrale.
