La chiesa fu costruita nel XV secolo come edificio ecclesiastico romano-cattolico, dedicato alla Madonna e a San Antonio. Alla fine del XVI secolo divenne una chiesa riformata.
Si tratta di una chiesa a navata unica costruita in mattoni, con un campanile adiacente coperto da un tetto a padiglione. Il piano terra del campanile e parte del muro settentrionale della navata sono in pietra di tufo e probabilmente risalgono al XII secolo, come resti di un edificio romanico preesistente. Il muro meridionale della navata è stato rinnovato nel 1922. Il coro del XV secolo è chiuso su tre lati.
