Il cattivo stato costruttivo di questa fattoria storica e iconica ha portato a un'indagine approfondita sulla sopravvivenza di questo bellissimo edificio. Dopo molte consultazioni e considerazioni attente, è stato deciso di mantenere gran parte della facciata e di ripararla dove necessario. Il resto dell'esterno sarà demolito e ricostruito il più possibile nel suo stato originale.
La ristrutturazione sarà anche l'occasione per integrare la parte stalla esistente della fattoria nell'abitazione, al fine di ampliarla.
Durante la ricostruzione, l'aspetto della fattoria sarà riportato il più possibile al suo stato originale e la suddivisione interna sarà notevolmente modificata. Inoltre, l'edificio sarà dotato di tutti i comfort moderni.
In questo modo, questo edificio iconico sarà restaurato e la sua sopravvivenza sarà garantita per molto tempo.
