Larvik è un comune e una città nella Contea di Vestfold, in Norvegia, che si estende su un'area di 530 km².
Il comune, che ha ricevuto lo status di città nel 1671, include anche i villaggi di Stavern, Nevlunghavn, Helgeroa, Kvelde, Hvarnes e Tjølling. Altri posti degni di nota sono il lago Farris ed il fiume Numedalslågen, chiamato anche Lågen dalla gente del posto, che sfocia nel fiordo di Larvik. Una fonte di acqua dolce è situata sotto la locale foresta di faggi di Farris.
