Stjerneborg o "Castello delle Stelle" era il 2° osservatorio di Tycho Brahe accanto al suo palazzo-osservatorio Uraniborg. Lo costruì perché Uraniborg era troppo instabile per fare buone letture delle stelle.
Fu distrutto dopo la morte di Tycho Brahe.
Le porzioni sotterranee dell'osservatorio furono scavate negli anni '50 e oggi sono dotate di un tetto che approssima quello originale. Le camere ospitano ora uno spettacolo multimediale aperto al pubblico.
