Fennoscandia e Fenno-Scandinavia sono termini geografici utilizzati per indicare la regione comprendente la penisola scandinàva, la Finlandia centro e sud orientale, la Penisola di Kola e la Carelia. Essa può essere considerata come una penisola maggiore collegata all'Eurasia tramite lembi di terra tra il mar Bianco e il Lago Onega, tra questo e il Lago Ladoga, e infine tra quest'ultimo e il mar Baltico con la sua diramazione del Golfo di Finlandia. La Fennoscandia è inoltre circondata a nord dal mare di Barents, a nord-ovest dal mare di Norvegia e a sud-ovest dal mare del Nord.
