De Mürz is een rivier in Stiermarken, Oostenrijk, met een lengte van 84 km. Het stroomgebied heeft een oppervlakte van 1.505 km². De Mürz begint bij de samenvloeiing van de Stille Mürz en Kalte Mürz nabij Kaltenbach, Neuberg en de grens met Neder-Oostenrijk. Hij stroomt door Mürzzuschlag. Langs zijn loop liggen de sporen van de Zuidelijke Spoorlijn en de snelweg Semmering Schnellstraße. De Mürz mondt uit in de Mur in Bruck an der Mur.
