We verlaten Neptunus, geflankeerd door de Schelde (mannelijke principe) en de Lys (vrouwelijke principe), achter het bovenste deel van de ingang van de oude vismarkt (Oude Vismijn) (dat in de komende jaren zal worden omgebouwd tot een multifunctioneel openbaar centrum) en we steken de brug over de Lieve over.
