Station Mortsel-Deurnesteenweg is een spoorwegstation langs spoorlijn 25 in de stad Mortsel. Het station heeft geen eigen loketten en wordt vanuit het ongeveer 150 meters verder op lijn 27 gelegen station Mortsel beheerd.
Enkel op zaterdag en zondag stopt hier nog de S1-trein. Op 14 december 2008, met het ingaan van de nieuwe dienstregeling, werd het traject van de IR- en de L-trein verlegd naar de lijn 27, met stop in Mortsel, en Mortsel-Liersesteenweg. Sinds december 2017 wordt er enkel op zondag gestopt in Mortsel-Deurnesteenweg.
