Omgekeerd georiënteerde parochiekerk (koor westwaarts) met een pseudo-basilicale aanleg, centraal in de dorpskom gelegen met omringende parking. De neogotische kerk dateert uit het midden van de 19de eeuw, ter vervanging van een oude Kruiskapel. Het oorspronkelijke kerkhof rond de kerk werd in 1951 gesloten en het nieuwe werd in gebruik genomen. De laatste zerken rond de kerk verdwenen in 1956 en in 1958 werd de ijzeren omheining afgebroken.
