Tiny is het hoofdpersonage van de klassieke prentenboekenreeks van tekenaar Marcel Marlier (geboren in Moeskroen) en schrijver Gilbert Delahaye. Omdat Marlier uit Moeskroen komt, is er in de stad een sterke koppeling tussen het erfgoed van Tiny en het lokale toerisme (museum, wandelingen, publicaties). Het boek “Tiny bezoekt Moeskroen” is een uitgave die de stad en haar folklore, erfgoed en tradities voorstelt aan de hand van Tiny‑illustraties, aangevuld met actuele foto’s en kleine anekdotes. Het boek wordt gepromoot als een onmisbaar werkje voor liefhebbers van de “Hurlusstad” en is verkrijgbaar via het Maison du Tourisme in Moeskroen.
