De transeptloze pijlerbasiliek, met vijfzijdig koor in Brabantse hooggotiek uit de 15de eeuw, heeft een laatromaanse westertoren van rond 1200. De zijbeuken werden verbreed in 1774. na een brand in 1940 werden de zijbeuken en de lichtmuur in de oorspronkelijke stijl heropgebouwd.
