Saint-Nicolas is een plaats en gemeente in de provincie Luik in België en ligt in de agglomeratie van de gelijknamige stad Luik. Sinds de gemeentefusies in 1977 omvat de gemeente ook de voormalige gemeenten Montegnée en Tilleur. De fusiegemeente telt zo'n 24.000 inwoners.Saint-Nicolas is met zijn 6,84 km² de kleinste gemeente van Wallonië en met 3520 inwoners per km² tevens de dichtstbevolkte.
