Han-sur-Lesse is een dorp in de Belgische provincie Namen en een deelgemeente van de stad Rochefort. Het dorp ligt aan de Lesse en was tot 1 januari 1977 een zelfstandige gemeente.Han-sur-Lesse heeft door de eeuwen heen verschillende namen gehad. Vanaf 1139 heette het dorpje Ham, vanaf 1266 Han Sur Lesche, vanaf 1465 Han Sur Lece en vanaf 1528 Ham sur lez.
